Villa House prides itself functioning as a sort of “Home Away from Home”…a warm excepting independent living environment for people of all creed. What I mean by this it is inclusive, open to everyone, and not limited by religion, background, or belief.
Villa House offers a viable housing option for students, single or family tenants, seasonal or other traveling workers, empty nester widows or widowers, or others who don’t desire or require large dwellings.
We offer monthly rates for agreements of 4 months or more.

Private entrance, exterior roof covered veranda, off street parking. Basic furniture and appliances, pots, pans, cutlery supplied, hardwood flooring throughout.

Apartment unit 3: Ground floor (Monthly Rate: 1,645 CAD) All-Inclusive, Furnished

Private entrance, exterior roof covered entry porch, closed in porch with multiple windows, off street parking, hardwood flooring throughout.
Basic furniture and appliances supplied
Kitchen, fridge, electric cook stove with oven.
Bathroom, 3 ½ piece bath, i.e. bathtub with handheld shower, handle bars for safety, water closet, wash basin, sink with vanity.
Combined bedroom/living room has one double bed with linens and pillow.

Apartment Unit 10: Top floor (Monthly Rate: 1,445 CAD) All-Inclusive, Furnished

Open concept (bachelor/ bachelorette apartment) bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, Hardwood flooring throughout.

Basic furniture and appliances are supplied;
2 small fridges, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, one electric cook stove (top only),
One single sink, cooking utensils, cutlery, one seating arrangement in the kitchen area and elsewhere
Bathroom 3 ½ piece bath, bathtub with shower, toilet and wash basin
Super single bed… a size between a double and a single, linens with pillow

Shared Kitchen

Shared kitchen is located on the upper floor. Lodging room tenants share the same kitchen. 

This kitchen contains one double sink, two fridges, one cook stove with an oven, one microwave, one toaster, one rice-cooker, coffee machine
One hot water kettle, one table, required chairs, utensils, plates, pots and pans, along with
Plenty of cabinet space for storage.

Lodging Rooms and Shared Spaces

Lodging rooms/sleeping units are located on the second and top floor

Villa House features six licensed lodging rooms. Four of the rooms are located on the second floor and two are located on the top floor.
Lodging room are lockable and private, have access from a common entrance and shared hallway.
Lodging room tenants have allocated food storage in the common kitchen & refrigerator
Lodging rooms have basic amenities such as:
    one bed, a dresser, chair (s), a desk, a lamp,
    storage to hang clothing and at least one window.
Lodging room tenants utilize and share one kitchen, and two bathrooms; i.e. a lockable water closet (toilet) room and a separate 3-piece bathroom to maintain personal hygiene.

Common Hallway and Exits

Second and third/top floor

Exits are illuminated signs on the second and third floor at the end and the middle of every hallway

Rental Rate Options

Villa House specializes in short term i.e.4 month and longer-term rentals.

  • Payments are upfront. Additional charges will apply for double occupancy in the approved lodging rooms.
  • All rental rates listed are intended as a guide line only, and may change after this date. Please get clarification for rental rates.
  • We feature options to extend any rental term if mutually agreed
  • We feature special group and corporate services as in double occupancy and rates from 2 to 12 people, subject to a planned effort and availability
  • All room or apartment furniture arrangements as shown, may be changed after this date
  • The rental rates for apartments and lodging rooms are subject to change as time passes
  • A tenant credit check maybe performed
  • Tenant insurance maybe required at the tenant’s expense
  • References and proof of good domestic and safe living skills are required.

Amenities and Utilities

 All apartments and lodging rooms include basic furniture, linen, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, and pans

  • All utilities such as heat, water, and hydro are included in the rent.
  • An assigned parking and winter plug-in, can be made available at an additional cost
  • Cable TV, private landline telephone connections not included…if supplied, additional charges will apply
  • Basic Wi-Fi internet may be provided as a courtesy, but is not included in the tenancy agreement
